A year-old Marshall girl testified Wednesday that she sent nude photographs of herself to someone she met on social media. Calhoun County prosecutors have alleged that Budnick used Snapchat and Instagram to contact three dozen or more underage girls in Marshall, Battle Creek and Albion seeking naked pictures and sex. But after a couple of weeks the conversation turned sexual. She said the conversations continued for months and that she received a picture of a penis before she took some nude photos and sent them to Jon. She said there was conversation between the two of them that he would provide marijuana to her in exchange for sexual favors. She told the court she was not afraid then but was with a friend when she received the nude photos she sent to Jon from two strangers.
